Gucci made Times Square the place to be Saturday night in New York City, where Demna hosted the brand’s cruise 2027 show.

Celebrity guests included Kim Kardashian, Mariah Carey, Shawn Mendes, Lindsay Lohan, Iman, Molly Gordon, Laura Harrier, Alix Earle, Stormzy, Alton Mason, Ivy Getty, Sydney Carlson, Devon Lee Carlson, Nadia Lee Cohen, Phoebe Tonkin, Georgia Fowler, Lady Bunny and more.

Carey was heavily guarded by her entourage as she moved through the crowd in a long ivory coat. Once seated, she and seatmate Mendes chatted between posing for photos. Mendes was also happy to see Stormzy, getting up to go greet the musician when he arrived.

“Alton! Alton! Woo hoo!” the assembled crowd, which included fashion students and fans, shouted at the model as he arrived. He returned their praise with a twirl and a wave.

Earle, who is currently embroiled in some internet beef with Alex Cooper, was less lucky when it came to the fans. While she posed for photos upon arrival, the crowd proceeded to call her Cooper’s name, which she ignored.

“I think this is just universal,” Pat Cleveland marveled of the location as she walked through. “Because many people celebrate the new year here and many people feel as though this is the place to be. So here we are. Here we are for Gucci.”
