Hi friends! Happy Friday! What are you up to? I’m here in Ft. Lauderdale for the Reimagining Health Summit. It’s GORGEOUS here and it’s been so fun to catch up with IHP friends. I’ll be back with a recap next week and I’m taking notes so I can share what I’ve learned. I’d love to hear what you have going on this weekend.

    Some pics!

    View from the hotel:

    Dinner outfit:

The cutest healthy spot for dinner: Pura Vida

(one of our lovely Revenue Rx members met up with me for dinner)

A morning Lagree class at Core954:

It’s also the Pilot’s birthday! I’m so sad I’m missing it but we’re going to celebrate when I’m back. My favorite guy in the whole world and I’m grateful for him every.single.day. He’s holding it down with the kiddos while I’m out here.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something you’re loving in the comments section below.

    Fashion + beauty + random:

Loving this lip oil! I had another one that Liv borrowed forever, so I got a new one.

This blazer! Wearing it for the conference this weekend.

A Rent the Runway deal for you guys! Now that I’ve been a member for such a long time, they increase the perks from using my link! Use this link for 50% off your first month. It’s so good for events, travel, and trying new brands. I’ve found so many brands I love through RTR.

    Read, watch, listen:

Started this book and can already see why it’s so hyped up. It starts fast, is well-written, and I’m very interested to see what happens.

Such a great podcast episode with three of my faves.

    Fitness, health, and good eats:

Made these Butcher Box steak tips with butternut squash and salad.. and Maisey ended up eating a ton of the girls’ steak that they left on their plates while we were upstairs. Apparently she was a fan, and she slept like a baby that night haha.

LOVING the new Organifi hydrogen water tablets. I looooove hydrogen water but instead of paying a significant amount for a machine, we went to Spain for the most of the summer. (100000% worth it) I have noticed a huge difference in energy when I drink hydrogen water, but was kind of sketched out by the tablets available online.

I’ve used and trusted Organifi products for years, so of course, I was first in line to try these. It fizzes and dissolves in the water, and only leaves a tiny hint of a taste (kind of a teeny tang but it’s not offensive). It’s such an awesome way to get the benefits of hydrogen water and portable for travel and life.

Some potential benefits of hydrogen water:

Fight oxidative stress + inflammation throughout the body

Support skin hydration, elasticity & visible anti-aging benefits

    Support brain health & clarity

Promote energy, recovery & reduced fatigue

    Provide natural cellular protection

Promote beauty & wellness from within

(Plus their immunity packs because ’tis the season)

This Instant Pot chicken tortilla soup. It was the perfect fall sports night meal. When we got home from basketball, I added chips to a bowl, shredded the chicken and added it back to the pot, and then served it up topped with avocado, cilantro and lime juice. So easy and good!

Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today! Have an amazing weekend and I’ll see ya soon!

    xoxo

    Gina
