Maren Morris has finally shared her experience of dating a woman.
The 36-year-old singer, who came out as bisexual in 2024, opened up to fans about her “pretty f—ed up” relationship in a new TikTok video.
“I briefly was seeing a woman and I was not looking for anything serious,” she began. “I feel like I’m at a point in my life right now where I don’t have that to give. I was very clear about that because I’m all about communication, and she was like, ‘Oh, totally. I’m down.’”
“But it was clear the woman was looking for different things,” continued The Middle songstress. “And y’all I’m not kidding, within three weeks of this completely falling apart, it was lies, threats to my reputation, and borderline extortion.”
“It was pretty f—-d up,” Maren said in the clip. “And for that to be my first experience, is just so depressing, and I was just like, I think I’m just really cool being alone.”
It is pertinent to mention that the Craving You hitmaker came out as bisexual in 2024 after parting ways with her ex-husband Ryan Hurd.
Maren announced her separation from Ryan in 2023 after five years of marriage. The exes share a 6-year-old son, Hayes.
